The thought hadn't crosseed my mind yet, but Paul had been talking to some neighbors when they metiioned that the fall colors in the canyon were already showing up. Both in the maples and the aspens. So, for a little Family Home Evening activity we took a drive up to the usual spot to take photos of the girls in the canyon. They really are good sports to put up with my need of a bazillion photographs for scrapbooking. They are so used to smiling for the camera that occasionally they need reminded to not look like they are about to take a roller coaster ride. Madalyn get so frustrated at the routine, but we always end up with quite a few good shots which will most likely find themselves enclosed with the Christmas cards we send out.
