yummy..

I've been trying to cook one new recipe a week. So far this year I've done two :) Last night was this Spinach and Pasta Toss. I didn't have very high hopes for it but it turned out really yummy and my entire family says that it should be cooked again. Yippee!! I've got one more recipe to add to the rotation!
