After the Jefferson Memorial, we walked for a little around the Tidal Basin to see the FDR Memorial. This was a new one that I hadn't seen before. I quite liked the layout and flow of this one. Each "room" represented a term of his presidential service. There were lots of fountains and sculptures all through this one.

After spending some time here, we then had to leave DC to go to BWI to pick up the Christensens. I was so tired and my feet hurt a ton, so it was nice to sit in the van for the drive and be in charge of the map again :)
