Summer

So, summer has started.

Abby graduated last week and Grandma and Grandpa took her and Madalyn on a little road trip back East. Three weeks of traveling to church history sites and other fun things. I was nervous about them going for so long. Will Abby be nice, will Madalyn get too bored, will Grandma and Grandpa still like my kids when they are done with the trip? You know...just questions about things like that. So far so good though. We've skyped a few times and they seem to be having a pretty good time. Yay!

Meanwhile, I'm almost done with spring term. I've lost alot of my motivation do it all. My partnerships tax class is kind of overwhelming. Not that we do a ton, just that I'm having a hard time grasping the concepts. I'm just happy that it will be done in just a couple of weeks.

And, I've registered for Summer term too. Business Law and International Business. Hopefully, they won't be too time-consuming. I'm missing my free time.

I finished a quilt over the last week. Finally got the binding on the Swoon quilt.

Only have been working on it for a year. Nice to have it done before the Fourth of July. I usually will finish a quilt right after a holiday rather than before. I just picked up another quilt that was quilted. Now to find the time and motivation to get the binding on that one.
