preference pics...

it was the girl's choice Preference Dance tonight for the high school. Just a pic of Chantel and her group that she went with. She originally asked a boy who wasn't able to go because he had been asked just the night before. So after a little deliberation, she decided to ask Jerimiah, who she has known and been friends with since 9th grade. Jenni asked Peter so it was a fun date for both of the girls. They've known these boys for quite a while and even though they go to different schools they are honestly just great friends and have such fun times together. No pressure or awkwardness between them. Just lots of laughter and tons of fun. I love these kids! She had a great time..they froliced in the snow this afternoon for their day date and then had hot chocolate here afterwards. They left for pictures and then went to dinner, which took way too long, stopped here on their way to the dance for a few snapshots and then went to Thanksgiving Point for the dance. Unfortunately they were only at the dance for about a hour because their dinner service was so slow, but she said they had a great time together and Miah was a great date. Such fun times :)

Meanwhile Chelsea went to a "Not Gong To Preference" party at a friends house for the evening. I feel bad that she misses Prom this year by a week or so and won't be 16 in time to go. I can't imagine sending two girls out the door in fancy schmancy dance/date attire though. One at a time is surely enough.

Not much else going on..just trying to QVC scrapbook and not having much luck. I just don't have it in me this time around. I don't know what my deal is. I did go shopping for new paper the other day..I'm hoping that it will jumpstart the creativity in me. or somethng...
