dinner tonight...

This is what's for dinner tonight: Catalina Chicken Breasts I'll review it's success (or failure) later this evening :)

here's the review :) my family didn't say one thing about liking it or not. Hmmmph, imagine that. Mom makes dinner and no one says a thing ;) Someone said that it tasted better with soy sauce sprinkled on top...another person decided to sprinkle a little ginger over the top...someone else ate it without saying a word. :) I thought that it was easy enough & tasted good enough that I'll be putting it into the dinner rotation. Oh, and I didn't add as much onion soup mix as it called for...i think I used about half the amount that the recipe asked for.
