Next stop...the Air and Space Museum...



Took the Metro from Union Station to the NAtional Mall to see the Air and Space Museum. More walking...my feet were killing me! Just as we went into the museum, Chelsea ran into a friend that told her to do the simulators. That was it..that's all she wanted to do. So we paid our $$ and waited in line for that. She went in by herself and had a fun time. I think I would have gotten sick! We found a map and then decided what we wanted to see. Looked at the Wright Bros display, found the the Spirit of St Louis, saw the old United Plane and looked at spaces suits and rockets. And then found a bench and sat down. I remember spending FOREVER in here when our family went ages ago. By this time though, Chelsea and I were just too tired to see much more. Our little brains were crammed with so much stuff that we had seen and done. Time to turn them off ;)


The museum closed, so off to the Metro to go back to the hotel. The Metro made the commute so easy! We went back to the hotel, ate a little dinner and Chelsea went swimming with the boys in the pool. Fun times for all :)
